Fresh rosemary from Riverview Herbs provides an herbal complement to aromatic gin or fresh vodka.

Also makes a sophisticated lemon mocktail.

Ingredients: water, sugar, fresh rosemary.

Lemon Rosemary Sparkle:

1 oz Rosemary Syrup 

1 oz lemon juice 

1.5 oz vodka or gin 

Pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
